Graeme Richard Harper (born 11 March 1945) is a British television director. He is best known for his work on the science-fiction series Doctor Who, for which he is the only person to have directed episodes of both the original run (1963–89) and revived run (2005–present) of the programme, for which he won a BAFTA Cymru and Hugo Award.

Doctor Who: What if The Dark Dimension was produced?

The Dark Dimension’s story would’ve been set in an alternate timeline, where the Fourth Doctor survived his deadly fall in Pt. 4 of Logopolis, thus meaning Doctors 5, 6 & 7 never existed. The story would be cantered around an older Fourth Doctor, the Brigadier & Ace trying to fix the universe as well as defeating whoever caused history to go wrong.
