Brian Reginald Miller is a British actor and television personality. He is notable for his music and television appearances. Miller was married to Elisabeth Sladen, who was a recurring cast member on the BBC show Doctor Who and also in her own spin off series The Sarah Jane Adventures.
As the Doctor's time beings to end, he must unravel a mysterious plot by the Master. However, his past comes back to haunt him as Ian and Jo try to reach their own versions of the Doctor.
