Chelsea Zhang is an American film and television actress and former competitive (junior) figure skater. She's a graduate of the University of Southern California, USA.
A Number of Classic Doctor Who stories have been lost and this is a potential project to refilm the lost stories with a new cast much in the way Scenes of the 10th Planet were refilmed for the 12th Doctor's final story.
