Michael Hogan is a Canadian actor of Irish descent. He is notable for numerous roles in TV and film over the past five decades, such as Colonel Saul Tigh in the Battlestar Galactica re-imagining or Billy in The Peanut Butter Solution. Hogan also lent his voice to some video games characters, with the most famous being Doc Mitchell in Fallout: New Vegas and Armando-Owen Bailey in the Mass Effect series.
The series follows an alternate timeline spawned by the question "What if Doctor Who Wasn't Axed in 1989?". Each episode of the series focuses on a different season, as gradually, based upon the previous season, a vast and detailed lore is built up.
