Carel Struycken (born July 30, 1948) is a Dutch character actor who is known for his large height of 7 ft 1 in and his distinctive face. He is also a photographer in his personal time.
In the sequel to "The Shining", Dan Torrance is now an adult who helps a young, powerful girl named Abra. Rose the Hat and her cult called "The True Knot" are also out to get Abra for her powers.
