The good doctor of Portsmouth, Oregon, Dr. Pieter Cross, while investigating an accidental derivative of a steroid, is involved in a car crash that causes him to lose his eyesight. Soon, he discovers that he has developed superhuman abilities. Assuming a new identity as a masked crime fighter, Pieter and his allies take on the mysterious company behind the drug.
