The secondary antagonist of the Filmation animated film "Pinocchio: The Emperor of the Night." He's a scummy, manipulative puppeteer/ringmaster who serves the demonic Emperor of the Night. He is known for an infamously frightening scene where he transforms Pinocchio back into a puppet.
