Celia Mae is a Disney Speedstorm Racer. She is classed as Defender and she is part of the Monsters, Inc. Collection. Celia is a one-eyed purple-violet monster with gorgon hair (that is 5 snakes which are alive and act independently) and octopus-like legs. She is tall and slim, towering over Mike. In the Disney Movie Celia wears a short green dress which has been accurately transformed into her Disney Speedstorm driving suit with some small 'racing-style' additions. Celia's way of addressing Mike as 'googly bear' can be used as Mike's plate GGLY BR.
