Set on the planet of Katurrah a lemur named Katook who was banished from his village of Kattakuk on the island of Bo-hibba and forced out to sea and onto the mainland of Katurrah and on his journey meeting different animals and their beliefs and tries to find The Great Fossah in order to save his island home from the Long Winter.
