Wilfred Emmons Jackson (January 24, 1906 – August 7, 1988) was an American animator, musical arranger, and director best known for his work with Walt Disney Productions.
Reportedly, Tintin creator Herge reached out to Disney in the 40's asking if Disney would be interested in adapting the comics into a movie. Disney turned him down.
