Anthony Dwane Mackie (born September 23, 1978) is an American actor. He gained wide recognition for portraying Sam Wilson / Falcon / Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, beginning with the film Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), and headlining the Disney+ miniseries The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021) and its continuation film Captain America: Brave New World (2025). Mackie made his film debut in 8 Mile (2002), and earned critical recognition for his roles in Brother to Brother (2004), which garnered him an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Actor, and The Hurt Locker (2008), which earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the AAFCA Awards. He also played Tupac Shakur in Notorious (2009) and Martin Luther King Jr. in the HBO film All the Way (2016). On television, Mackie starred as Takeshi Kovacs in the second season of Netflix's Altered Carbon (2020) and currently leads the Peacock series Twisted Metal (2023–present). In theatre, he has performed in Broadway and Off-Broadway adaptations, including Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, A Soldier's Play, and Carl Hancock Rux's Talk, for which he won an Obie Award in 2002. Live Actions Disney/pixar cinematic universe explored by Sora, Kairi, and Riku, traveling realities and going on fairy tale Adventures. This cinematic universe is made up of different shows and movies being told as multiple stories until they become one. Sora, Kairi, and Riku are from the reality of toons until their caretaker Yen sid gave them a quest to hop realities. Exploring the Prime and other Realities, the kids learn magic, new skills, and the powers of wishes and stars, which is full of everything, creating magic, life, and the worlds. The kids on this quest learned of a dark lord who's aligning with villains to conquer all realities, while he was stopped the realities joined and became one making a new reality based of the memories of the kids. Rebirthing it all having more stories in store for the cinematic universe, bringing new tales and making new memories.
