In the summer of 1979, two young men - Robbie and Ford - who work crappy in jobs in Texas decide to embark on a road trip to California. However, what starts as a friendly summer road trip as a getaway turns into an absolute nightmare for the two men after they stumble upon a duffel bag of one million dollars covered in drops of blood and they take the money for themselves.
