Egbert, Yoko, and Shelly are three baby Tyrannosaurus from Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, consisting of two males (Egbert and Yoko), and one female (Shelly).
Don't think a story like this exists. Add dinosaur / prehistoric characters to the relevent species. No modern animals, there are other stories for general species.
