"Syntarsus" kayentakatae is an extinct species of coelophysid dinosaur that lived approximately 196 million years ago during the early part of the Jurassic Period in what is now the southwestern United States.[2] While originally assigned to genus Syntarsus, it is not a valid dinosaur taxon and this species still possesses no definite genus assignment.[3]
