The newly appointed university president. He is not very good at his job and is mostly incompetent. Not very caring towards the students and like Hartman seems to care more about money than giving the students a wide variety of experiences. Has gutted several programs in his time as president. Also frequently embezzles and has had several affairs with students one of which Allison knows about. He is obviously very weary of Blanc and his investigation and like Hartman does not get along with Allison. An awful and conceited misogynist but also a bit of an idiot.
