Fan Casting Betamon (English Dub) in Digimon Mystery Dungeon

One of your starting partners if you join the Aquatic Aviators faction. Betamon used to lead an ordinary life under the sea, but then, its ocean waters became full of pollution and muck. Many of its loved ones grew ill and died, and Betamon itself grew so gravely ill at one point that it almost died! However, the day it fully recovered was the day that its ruler Ariemon announced the formation of the Aquatic Aviators, and Betamon took it as a sign that it was meant to save their kingdom by helping Zephagamon. Though it can be cynical at times, Betamon is a down to earth Digimon who cares greatly for others, especially when health is the topic.
