In 1941 Chicago, square-jawed police detective Dick Tracy is assigned on a big case that may prove to be his biggest case yet as a faceless assassin known only as "The Blank" begins targeting important figures connected to the criminal underworld, led by his archenemy Big Boy Caprice... Dick Tracy has to PROTECT his rogues gallery and Caprice from the mysterious assassin whilst still looking for incriminating evidence tying Caprice to the mob. But when Tracy is framed by the Blank, he is forced to receive help from private eye Q.T. Hush, his "private nose" bloodhound Shamus, and their shadow Quincy. It's a race against time... but who will get to Big Boy first?
