Discovery is the third oldest orbiter to fly and is well known in the aerospace industry and the public. She has flown the most flights out of her sisters, and has become known as a NASA legend. She with the passing of Columbia, is now the fleet leader. Discovery is fiery, strong-willed, determined, and spirited. One thing Discovery hates most is not being allowed to fly. Discovery has also been known to be quite temperamental. She gets angry easier than most of her fellow sisters, though she mellowed throughout the years. She was also slightly impulsive in the past. However, she has became wiser as she got older. Above everything, Discovery values family and she will do anything to protect her sisters and her friends.
