Toborr "Tobina" Kristina Tomlinsen (born July 19, 1955) is an American-Canadian actress and singer. She is the current voice of Rinna Raccoon in the Rocky Raccoon series. She also did the voice of Princess Silia Spacebot in The Spacebots and Additional Voices in The Care Bears Family.
