Skai Jackson (born April 8, 2002) is an American actress best known for portraying the role of Zuri Ross in the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie (2011–2015), which she subsequently reprised in its sequel Bunk'd (2015–2018). Jackson began acting at the age of five, making her debut in the film Liberty Kid (2007). She has provided the voice of Glory Grant across the Marvel Rising series (2018–2019) and voiced Summer in the animated series DreamWorks Dragons: Rescue Riders (2019–2022). In 2019, Jackson released her debut book, Reach for the Skai: How to Inspire, Empower, and Clapback. The following year, she was a semi-finalist on the 29th season of Dancing with the Stars.

The story introduces Urson, the streets-smart and bad boy son of Ursula, Mallory, the whip-smart and rebellious daughter of Maleficent, Nathanial, the flirty and intelligent son of Queen Narissa, Charles Facilier, the shady and mischievous son of Dr. Facilier, Anna, the optimistic and daring daughter of Anna of Arendelle, Elle, the icy and powerful daughter of Elsa of Arendelle, Tyler, the hardworking and musical son of Tiana of Maldonia, and Malohi, the headstrong and strong-willed son of Moana. The VKs and AKs cross paths at a momentous celebration in Auradon when unexpected chaos breaks out. In order to prevent an impending coup, in Auradon, courtesy of the Black Cauldron, they join forces with Uma and Audrey and travel back in time, via a magic wand given to them by Merlin, to undo the events that caused the villains to get their hands on the dangerous broken Black Cauldron. But things go belly-up quickly, and the rag-tag team finds themselves farther back in time than they wanted...as in before the Isle of the Lost. Before their parent's stories were ever written Separated in time, they must find their way back to each other and figure out if they can still save Auradon with the little time they have left.
