Steve, a suburban dad and Christmas enthusiast, faces a challenge to his orderly existence with the arrival of his new neighbor, Buddy. Buddy has big dreams and plans to light up his house so brightly it will be visible from space. Not to be outdone, Steve declares war on Buddy, who threatens to kill the Christmas spirit.
