Fan Casting Penny Blake in Deceased Kids In The Walking Dead

Penny Blake was a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. She was the daughter of Philip and Mrs. Blake. Following the outbreak, Philip and Penny eventually arrived at the town of Woodbury after previously barricading themselves in an apartment. Her father was able to fortify the town with the help of other survivors and eventually transformed it into a safe, thriving haven. At some point however, Penny tragically died and reanimated. While the circumstances of her death are unknown it is hinted she may have died as a result of hostile survivors as her father would later reveal that had he been murderous from the start of the outbreak, Penny would still be alive.
