After his son is kidnapped and killed by a paedophile. Floyd becomes deadshot and hunts the paedophile and anyone who has enabled him to cover up his abusive crimes. While Floyd thinks wes anselm is the culprit once he digs further he finds out that the mad hatter is at the heart of the abuse. All the while Batman is after deadshot for his assasinations.
