Dead Space: Downfall is an R rated animated film that was animated by Starz Media. The movie is a prequel to the first Dead Space game, telling the events that led up to the beginning of the game. The movie was released straight to DVD in 2008 and didn’t see a theatrical release. This possibly has something to do with the movie never getting a Japanese dub.
