She was first encountered at the Alchemilla Hospital by Cheryl's adoptive father, Harry Mason, when he found her hiding under a table. Having no recollection about the events prior meeting Harry, Lisa thought she just lost consciousness and found the whole hospital already deserted. Eventually, the disturbing truth about her past were revealed by the end of the game, which also showed her horrifying fate and subsequent state that left Lisa and Harry in total despair.
