Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
Many citizens, including members of the Titans get corrupted by Trigon and it is up to Raven, the Titans, and other members of many superhero groups including the JLA to push Trigon out.
