A mysterious being known as the Anti-Monitor has awaken and began a crusade across time to bring about the end of all existence. As he comes for Earth-1, the Monitor quickly assembles a team of super-heroes from across time and space to battle his counterpart and stop the destruction of Earth-1 or else all of the multiverse will be visible and he will begin with the destruction of the Multiverse.
