Following the events of Justice League, Barry Allen is busy training with his nephew Wally West after an accident that gave him super speed. However, he is also concerned with all of the rogue enemies like Captain Cold, Heatwave, Mirror Master, Top, and Captain Boomerang teaming up against him and taking over Central City.
