Roy Harper is the fourth member to join the Teen Titans, after his father died in a fire he was adopted the millonaire Oliver Queen and noticing his skill with the bow became his partner under the name of Speedy but later he would take the aka Arsenal. Like Dick, Roy does not have super powers but he is a skilled archer as well as a wide variety of weapons and he is also an expert in close combat and when it comes down to that he is very good at fighting with his legs. Roy and Dick have known each other for a long time so they both already had a friendship and it was not difficult to convince him to join the team.
