(SHE/IT/THEY). Harvey Dent’s niece. Since Harvey/Two-Face “adopted” her, she has (in a sense) been collectively raised and mentored by the rogues. Namely the Penguin, the Joker’s gang of villains, and the Riddler. They looked after her (or just let her crash at their places) when Harvey couldn’t. About 15/16 years old. Sapphic & genderflux. Would probably enjoy xenogenders. Mentally ill.
