As Batman he has a lot of the common attributes of the types of characters that he was originally built to emulate; namely noir detectives. He also has a lot more sympathy for his rogues than is generally demonstrated in live action Batman movies with even his Batman persona rooting for their reform rather than their defeat. The Bruce Wayne persona walks the edge between playboy and genuine philanthropist. He is often seen out at clubs and with women, but he is also seen fighting to keep non-profits running with an emphasis on mental health treatment, employment help, prison reform, and orphans and the homeless.
