As Caesar's eldest son, Blue Eyes is the heir to his father's ape colony. Blue Eyes sometimes has a shorter named called “Blue” in this version of the film. Upon the rediscovery of humans, Blue Eyes becomes the ape counterpart of Alexander. Blue Eyes however decides to go with Maurice where they meet up with Alexander outside the family tent in the forest for Maurice who has become fascinated by the humans and wishes to learn more about them like Blue Eyes. Blue Eyes becomes close to Alexander as they read from his graphic novel together along with Maurice. However, Blue Eyes decided to bring Ash along with him.
