Bruce Wayne's trainee and successor, Richard Grayson struggles to take on his mentor's identity. He fears he's not worthy of being the next Batman. But as Grayson's confidence grows, he begins to realize his own interpretation of the moniker while still respecting the heritage of the Batman. Grayson also realizes that with taking on the cowl, there's a price to pay. He learns that he's going to have to fight harder to protect those he loves.
