Shelby Wulfert (born November 9, 1993) is an American actress, voice-over artist, TV personality, host, model, and singer who is a part of the Disney Channel original comedy series, Liv and Maddie. Shelby guest stars as "Maddie 2".
Dawn Medrek, a popular actress returns back home after finishing her hit show "Sing It Loud". Dawn Rooney, a talented basketball player is her twin, their parents work in the high school which they both attend.
