Tired of being Robotnik's errand boys, Fang and his two lackeys quit and go rogue. They wanted revenge on Knuckles for kicking their tails last time. But after the battle that shattered the Master Emerald, that's when Fang remembered what Robotnik said about its power, he finally decides to find the shards before Knuckles and the Chaotix do and then he, Bean and Bark can show the world that they are more than errand boys. Eventually, they find all the shards and become very powerful beings. Only Knuckles and the Chaotix can stop them now.
