You think Starline inserting cybernetics into those poor children is cruel? Well, how about hypnotizing her, or not letting them see each other until she became the Surge we know! Both were secluded in separate rooms with little food to eat, just drops of water to drink per month, and hypnotizing her into hating Sonic until she got it in her system! Seeing the footage of the tortures and experimentations fuels Surge's need for vengeance against Starline. (IN THE COMMENTS, WHOEVER IS ON SURGE'S SIDE, SAY 'I".)
