Jewel sent Tangle, Whisper and Lanolin to find Starline to arrest him for the crimes they know he committed, and arrest Mimic for his. But when the Diamond Cutters learn of Starline's other crimes, that maniacal Eggman wannabe went from going to spend decades in prison to at least a death sentence!!!! When Jewel has learned of the extent of Starline's tortures, she was horrified and was severely shattered by hearing of Starline's actions.
