Starline is a more WORSE father figure to Surge and Kit more than Mammoth Mogul has been to Silver! He has kidnapped them, tortured, them, hypnotized them, dehydrated them, and only gave them two specks of food and two drops of water (in general) before they fully succumbed to his power over them. Now he wants a terrorist-level assassin who could turn into anybody in the world to kill them both! Starline has come a long way from being the new character in a post-credit scene to being the most diabolical figures ever known! But that will change soon.
