In a fight with the Destructix, Knuckles was knocked out all the way to the other side of Mobius where he landed on Angel Island. When he woke up, he thought he was dreaming. But once Rob O'Hedge, Amy's cousin, found him, he knew that his old home was back. Then Rob showed him something he'd never expect: MORE ECHIDNAS!!!!!!!! He saw an entire village of Echidnas on Angel Island, thriving, all thanks to Rob. Then he saw someone he never thought he'd see: his own father Locke!!! Eventually, Knuckles becomes the new leader of the Echidnas and leads them to fight against Scourge and Eggman, and help Sonic save the world.
