Vector and his crew were still pretty sad but happy about Mighty and Ray leaving the team (sad because they left, happy because they're doing their own thing). Then Espio gets a call from Tails, asking if the Chaotix could help Sonic and the others find whoever's behind the Badniks coming online. Vector accepted. But as a married man, he trusts Gemerl to watch over Cream and protect her with his life. But when he came home to see Rough and Tumble, he was beyond furious that they hurt Cream, tied her up, and gagged her. Rough and Tumble learned the hard way on why you shouldn't anger a crocodile.
