Rough and his brother Tumble are one of the last criminal groups in the criminal underworld. The Hooligans were completely reformed, the Babylon Rogues are anti-heroes. Now Rough and Tumble thrive to take their places as the biggest, baddest crooks on Mobius. They first meet Sonic and Knuckles exactly like they do in the IDW comics, but also appear to the other good guys, fighting them. They were even low enough to invade Vanilla’s house while both Vector and Vanilla left home and Gemrel to watch Cream, and hold her hostage, and wreck their house! What happened to them afterwards: HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A CROCODILE AND A MOTHER RABBIT SCORNED!!!!!!
