Only that it has every single byte of data of Robotnik’s plans, Badniks, contacts, history, etc. It was installed into a USB drive found by Starline near the volcano where Eggman died. It seems to be like an evil version of JARVIS working for Starline, giving him all he wants and needs for the rebirth of the Eggman Empire. (IT IS EXACTLY LIKE ARNIM ZOLA IN CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER)
