Longclaw loved these 17 years of being Sonic's parental guardian. She wouldn't want her life to be any different. But when Sonic was captured, she could not let him suffer. Longclaw helped lead the new Resistance against Neo to save Sonic. After he was rescued, she did her best to protect everyone in the group. But when Neo gained all seven of the Chaos Emeralds due to winning a fight against Emerl and Omega separately, and saw what was happening to everyone, Longclaw called the sound of retreat. Then she fought Neo with all her might, and thought she won. But . . . she perished, saving Sonic's life.
