This Zavok came from Issue 44 of the IDW comic where they swore their revenge against their enemies. They're a rogue team of Zetis bent on destruction and vengeance. But they were really impressed by the history of Dawnverse Robotnik that they actually quite like him. On their way to form an alliance with him, they fight Sonic's team at various locations, who have never fought them before. Zavok thinks this is astounding, and thinks that if they have no knowledge of Zetis (since they don't exist in the Dawnverse), it'll make destroying them EASIER!!!
