The Sonics and their entire team were winning against Robotnik, Snively, Eggman Negative, the Deadly Six, Nine and Boom Shadow when Silver came and was about to warn Sonic about Infinite, but he was too late. Infinite had already come. And the jackal has also learned what really happened with Jackal Squad, and decides to destroy everyone he sees and conquer the Sonicverse! Sonic goes to fight Infinite, but the godlike Jackal sends a blast so powerful it separates everyone and traps the villains in Infinite's own pocket dimension he calls Infinite's Lair!!!
