Hope only met her sister Maria when she was a baby. The first week they had together was the last Hope ever seen of her. Ever since Maria and Gerald's death, Hope's grown to become a strong woman of 50 raising her daughter Teresa / Topaz Osment and became a Private Eye. In fact, she helped with the founding and detective training of the Chaotix. She was disappointed that her daughter joined the organization that killed her sister, but was overjoyed and forgave her when she heard that Topaz was actually planning to rat GUN out and prove to the world that they are not the agency Mobius wanted OR deserved.
