Since he has revived all the villains Sonic has faced in the past, and he can travel between time and different universes, that alone makes him the most powerful being in the history of history! He has sent out his cult followers to extinguish our heroes. They almost destroyed them, but they had fate on their side. He even captured Sonic to make sure he feels the pain he felt. But going through his memories, he realized he should just simply put him out of his misery because Sonic already knows what his pain looks like.
