It has been at least a month since Sonic defeated Mephiles. Now he has to face the Babylon Rogues in the pilot episode, which were tough at first, but with the help of Amy, Tails and Knuckles, it was a victory. This comes to show that if Sonic can defeat mad scientists who make robots, or a metal version of himself, or even Mephiles and his pet Iblis, what is a band of birds compared to what Sonic has faced? Little did he know, he was wrong, for he could not see the damage the Rogues could REALLY do when they're in the future.
