Fan Casting The Calculator in David S. Goyer's Green Arrow: Escape from Super Max

A technological genius who once fought Oracle and Batman, the Calculator has been chemically lobotomized by Supermax's counter-balance injections. Now he sits in the recreation yard, stacking children's blocks, unable to count to four. His scraggly red hair and thick glasses are all that remain of the man he used to be. The audience expects a punchline but the joke never comes. That's the horror.
