Fan Casting Shock Trauma in David S. Goyer's Green Arrow: Escape from Super Max

A Japanese metahuman with electricity powers, Shock Trauma is unhinged, manic, and cruel. He electrocutes Queen on his first night just for fun, laughing hysterically. During the EMP blackout, his powers return and he fires bolts of lightning in every direction, cackling with glee. Then Blockbuster grabs him by the neck and crushes his larynx. The laughter stops.
